I'm James LightFoot Wheeler, the heart behind Sage Heart Healing. As a Reiki I & II certified practitioner and Level II Certified Sound Healer, I am honored to help others reconnect with their inner light. 

My healing journey began early, though, like many, I ignored certain signs and invitations. Gratefully I started listening. A deeply moving, though unexpected Kundalini Awakening through Breath of Fire breathing (as taught by Dominique D'Vita at YesTantra) and a powerful awakening via an in-person sound bath with Janna at Indigo Roots opened the door to my journey. I further discovered the power available in the holistic and shamanistic healing practices through this quote by Jewel (at 20:31 in the video interview): 

"I observe what I think, therefore, I am. If I observe my thoughts, I am something other than my thoughts". 

Since then, I have been blessed with many beautiful moments of awakening and am honored to play a part in other's healing journeys. 

Recognizing the depth of my journey has been a gift. I am honored to carry this wisdom forward and share it with others on their path to healing.
